Ingredients
Crumble Topping
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 4 Tbsp. Nancy’s Organic Unsalted Butter, cold and cubed
Spiced Apple & Pear Filling
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 pears, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Parfait Layer
- Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Yogurt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the cold cubed Nancy’s Organic Unsalted Butter. Use your fingers to mix until it resembles crumbs / crumble topping.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, stirring once halfway, until golden and crisp. Let cool.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add apples, pears, maple syrup, spices, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruit softens.
- Let the mixture cool slightly before layering.
- In glasses or jars, layer in the following order: a spoonful of spiced apple-pear filling, a dollop of yogurt, a sprinkle of crumble topping. Repeat the layers once or twice, ending with yogurt and a final crumble sprinkle.
