Ingredients
- ½ C. rolled oats
- ¼ C. Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- ½ ripe banana, mashed
- ¼ C. whole blueberries
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. Nancy’s Organic Unsalted Butter, melted
- ¼ C. Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt (for serving)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a medium oven safe baking dish (about 8 oz capacity).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the banana. Stir in Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), almond butter, and melted Nancy’s Organic Unsalted Butter until smooth.
- Add the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in the whole blueberries gently.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Add a few more blueberries.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely and top with Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt and a few more berries!
