Over the last year, our innovative, third generation family members have been perfecting the butter-making process here at Springfield Creamery. Making batch after batch led them to the perfect butter recipe and let us tell you – this is no typical butter. In the true Nancy’s spirit, this butter is of course, cultured. It is also made in the European style, meaning it is higher in butterfat than standard butters.
